About the Essences
What is a plant essence?
A plant essence is a vibrational preparation: it carries the energetic signature of a plant rather than its chemical compounds. It is not a concentrated extract, not a drug, and not a supplement. For a complete explanation, read How to Work with Plant Essences.
Are your essences psychoactive?
No. None of my essences contain psychoactive compounds. They work on the subtle level: intention, emotion, awareness, dream life.
Are they legal?
Yes, everywhere. They are legal to buy, own, and use in all countries I ship to.
What does "made fresh upon order" mean?
I do not keep bottles in stock. When you place an order, I prepare your extraction personally, just before shipping. This is why orders take up to 7 days to dispatch, and why you always receive a fresh preparation.
What is in the bottle?
Raw organic plant material (leaves, bark, roots, or flowers depending on the plant), spring water, and a small amount of alcohol as a natural preservative. Nothing else.
How long does a 30ml bottle last?
With standard practice (5 drops, twice a day), about one month.
Choosing and Using
Which essence should I start with?
It depends on your moment. For heart and emotional healing: Bobinsana. For clarity and spiritual depth: Noya Rao. If you are unsure, book a consultation and we will choose together.
How do I take the essence?
A few drops (3 to 7) under the tongue or in water, once or twice a day, with intention. Complete instructions are in the Guidelines and arrive with every order.
Can I combine multiple essences?
Yes. My Bundle Kits are built exactly this way: plants that reinforce each other.
Can I take essences with medication?
Essences do not interfere chemically with medication. If you have a medical condition, always inform your doctor about everything you take.
When will I feel the effects?
The work is subtle and cumulative. Most people notice changes first in their dreams, then in their emotional responses, over 2 to 4 weeks of consistent practice.

How long until my order ships?
Up to 7 days of preparation (your essence is made fresh), then 2 to 20 days of shipping depending on your country. Full details in the Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship?
To 41 countries: all of Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and more. All orders ship from Italy with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Italy: €9.99 (FREE over €50). European Union: €14.99 (FREE express over €150). Rest of the world: €29.
What if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?
You always receive a free replacement or a full refund. See the Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products: yes, within 14 days. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if you are unhappy, write to me and we will find a solution together.

Who makes the essences?
I do, personally. My name is Alex Shatra and I trained for years with Shipibo and Mestizo maestros in the Peruvian Amazon. You can read my story on the About page.
Where do the plants come from?
From the Peruvian Amazon rainforest, harvested sustainably together with the indigenous communities I work with. Only mature plants are harvested, only in the quantities needed.
What is a master plant dieta?
