Preparation Time: Made Fresh Upon Order
Every essence at Shamanic Market is prepared fresh upon order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place your order, I personally prepare your extraction just before shipping, so you always receive a fresh batch.
For this reason, please allow up to 7 days of preparation time before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates
All orders ship from Italy with tracked shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, typical delivery times are:
- Italy: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees. Remember to add the preparation time (up to 7 days) to these estimates.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Plant essences are non-psychoactive vibrational preparations and are legal to import in all countries we ship to. Each package includes a clear description of the contents.
