Returns & Refund Policy

I want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Shamanic Market. Here is exactly how returns, refunds and problems with your order are handled.

Damaged or Lost Packages: Always Protected

If your package arrives damaged, or if it never arrives:

  • Write to me within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) with a photo of the damaged package and contents
  • For lost packages, contact me as soon as the tracking shows a problem
  • You will receive, at your choice, a free replacement (prepared fresh) or a full refund

This protection always applies, no exceptions.

Returns of Unopened Products

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, for products that are unopened and in their original sealed condition.

To exercise this right:

  1. Write to me at tyche.pono@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Ship the unopened product back to the return address I will provide (return shipping costs are paid by the customer)
  3. Once I receive the product, you will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method

Opened Products

Plant essences are consumable preparations made fresh for each order. For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened products cannot be returned, as permitted by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16) for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once unsealed.

That said: if you are sincerely unhappy with your essence, write to me. I would rather find a solution together (a different plant, guidance on the practice, a discount on your next order) than have you feel that your trust was misplaced.

Consultations and Coaching Sessions

  • You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund
  • Missed appointments without notice (no-show) cannot be refunded

Shamanic Dieta Retreat
