Guidelines for Working with Your Sacred Plant Extracts
A message from Alex Shatra
These are my personal suggestions to help you experience the deepest connection with your Sacred Plant Extracts.
May this be not just a practice, but a living relationship.
If you have received more than one extract, I recommend choosing the first plant to work with by listening to your intuition.
Trust your inner guidance, your heart already knows.
Before you begin, take a quiet moment to connect with the plant.
You might say a short prayer, set a clear intention, or simply ask the plant spirit for guidance and protection.
Remember:
Plants are sentient, intelligent beings
you can communicate with them, and they will respond in subtle,
often surprising ways.
Begin your journey by taking 10 drops before bedtime, consistently, for at least 10 to 21 days.
This gentle rhythm allows the plant to gradually attune to your system, often revealing herself through dreams, visions, and moments of inner clarity.
You may begin to notice that your dreams become more vivid, meaningful, and easier to remember upon waking.
During this period, I encourage you to spend time simply being with the plant. Sit in silence, in meditation, or in nature. Invite her presence into your awareness with reverence.
A powerful way to anchor the connection is to repeat her name silently with devotion and gratitude like a mantra that opens the inner door.
After your first cycle is complete, you may choose to begin with another plant. Once you’ve become familiar with several, you can also explore combining 2 or 3 extracts together.
However, I strongly suggest working with each plant individually at first, so you can truly get to know their unique spirit and medicine.
Important Notes:
– Always take your extracts on an empty stomach, preferably in the evening or during moments of inward focus.
– Avoid alcohol, red meat, and other strong substances during the days you are in connection with the plant.
These can interfere with the subtle energetic work.
That’s all for now.
I hope this practice brings you insight, healing, and a sense of deep companionship with the sacred world of plants.
